This list was made to be put in a 'Bug-Out Bag'.
Remember, one wants to be able to throw the Patrol Pack on one's
back along with the rifle, grab the container (duffle bag, large
tote-bag, etc.) containing all other supplies, and be able to
take off without possibly ever returning if needed!

user's requirements
